- Basil and oregano, to taste
- 8 oz lasagna noodles or small pasta shapes

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Chop the garlic, slice the mushrooms, and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Sauté the aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Cook the mushrooms: Toss in the mushrooms and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
- Brown the chicken: Add the chicken, cooking until no longer pink, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Pour in the broth: Add the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cream and cheese: Stir in the heavy cream and simmer, then add parmesan cheese (reserve some for garnish).
- Cook the pasta: Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Notes
