- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 ½ cups White chocolate chips
- 1 cup Dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the butter-sugar mixture.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and cranberries.
- Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute the all-purpose flour with gluten-free flour. These cookies can also be frozen for up to three months.
