Instructions

  2. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla and peppermint extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes.
  6. Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
