- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- ½ cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla and peppermint extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut oil for butter. Dark chocolate can replace white chocolate for a richer taste.
