Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Mix in the melted white chocolate and vanilla extract.
- Sift together the flour and baking powder; gradually add to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Fold in the raspberries.
- Pour the batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Prepare frosting by mixing butter and cream cheese, then adding powdered sugar and cooled white chocolate.
- Assemble the cake by frosting between layers and on top, garnishing with fresh raspberries.
