  • 2 cups fresh raspberries

  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  3. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Mix in the melted white chocolate and vanilla extract.
  6. Sift together the flour and baking powder; gradually add to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  7. Fold in the raspberries.

  9. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  10. Prepare frosting by mixing butter and cream cheese, then adding powdered sugar and cooled white chocolate.
